Make-it-Monday - Tank to Dress

After making "M" a "Let Freedom Ring Dress" last week, I had to make "Boo" one to match.

It's a little big but I only had a stained 18-month shirt that I was willing to cut up. 

While I was going through our pile of stained or unwanted clothes I came across this tank:

We are so blessed to receive many hand-me-downs, but sometimes they just do not fit right or we do not find them appropriate.  This tank was waaaay too short on "M", showing off half of her tummy.  So I found some coordinating fabric and turned it into a dress.  "M" said, "Mommy, it's so beautiful!"
